The Dharavi Dream Project

The Dharavi Dream Project (TDDP) is India's first "After School of Hip-Hop," a non-profit initiative dedicated to discovering and nurturing musical and creative talent among under-resourced youth in Dharavi, Mumbai.

Founded in 2014, the project provides a safe ecosystem where students receive free education in the core pillars of hip-hop, including rapping, beatboxing, breaking, graffiti art, and skateboarding. By channeling life struggles into positive artistic expression, the initiative aims to empower the next generation of artists and give them a global platform.

Cap City Cyphers builds community through improvisational Hip-Hop, creating a space to amplify vulnerable voices - including Black, Indigenous, and people of colour, 2SLGBTQ+ communities, newcomers, and people living in poverty - to express their art, their stories, and their truths. Through freestyle cyphers, we foster connection, creativity, and healing in Ottawa’s growing Hip-Hop scene.

Since 2018, Cap City Cyphers has been working to cultivate a vibrant, inclusive freestyle Hip-Hop community in Ottawa, giving Strategically Undervalued Artists a safe space to sharpen their craft and build community. Now, we are taking the next steps to bring the Cap City Cyphers energy on the road and connect Ottawa’s artists with freestyle communities and Hip-Hop audiences across Canada and beyond.

Street Culture Hyderabad

Broz Barz

Founded on 12th September 2023, Bros Barz was created to give Patiala’s underground artists a space to express themselves and grow. Seeing the lack of opportunities, they built a platform where every artist can perform without fear and be part of a truly supportive community.

Every week, they host cyphers to keep the culture alive — connecting rappers, dancers, breakers, beatboxers, and hip-hop enthusiasts from across the city. Bros Barz is more than just a community — it’s a movement shaping and elevating Patiala’s hip-hop scene.

Founded on 5th March 2023, Street Culture Hyderabad (HSC) emerged to redefine the city’s underground hip-hop landscape. Hyderabad lacked a unified space for artists to come together, share their craft, and grow — so HSC stepped forward to build that platform.

They created an environment where rappers, beatboxers, dancers, and creators can express themselves freely and thrive without barriers. Their mission is simple yet powerful: to spotlight Hyderabad’s raw talent, break linguistic and cultural boundaries, and help hip-hop become a real career path. From street jams to major events, HSC is driving a movement that connects, inspires, and elevates the city’s culture.
